A Pathway for Following Jesus
Jesus’ invitation is simple, but life-changing: “Take up your cross daily and follow me.” This pathway is a practical way to respond to that invitation.
It’s not a checklist or a rigid program—it’s an open invitation into a lifelong journey of becoming more like Christ. Each person walks this path at their own pace, with personal responsibility to follow Jesus, shared responsibility to encourage one another, and leadership support to help guide and shepherd along the way.

Year One | Drawing Near to Christ
Sunday Gatherings
Each Sunday we gather across several church campuses to worship together, learn the Scriptures, pray and encounter God. Each Sunday is a celebration! Choose the church closest to you and get connected.
Reading Scripture + Praying
There are countless resources that can help you get started with the basics. Reading the Bible and Praying everyday are the lifelines of the spiritual walk and are the primary ways we can practice being with God.
Alpha Course
Alpha is a chance to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, no-pressure environment. Whether you’re new to Christianity or someone who wants to share with others - or someone in between - Alpha is for you.
Join a Small Group + Get Mentored
Small groups are some of the best ways to grow in your walk, receive care, and share life. Find a small group or ask someone who’s a little further along the in journey to mentor you.
Baptism
As soon as you believe, and put your trust in Jesus as Saviour and Lord, you are ready for baptism. It’s the very next step in the pathway of following Jesus! Learn more and let us know when you’d like to be baptized.
Year Two | Be Changed by Christ
Practicing the Way Course
Practicing the Way is the next step after the Alpha course for those looking to go deeper. It’s designed to learn how to practice the way of Jesus: Being with Jesus, Becoming like Jesus, and doing what Jesus did.
Get Restored
Experience the restoring power of Jesus Christ in every area of life—emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and practically.
Clearview already offers a variety of ministries and groups that bring healing and wholeness (Grief Share, Cleansing Stream, Pastoral Care, Financial Peace, etc.).
Get Involved
Serving others will change you more than you expect. We believe the only way to experience the authentic, life-giving community of Jesus, is to give of yourself; there you will truly ‘belong to the family’.
Grow In Your Walk
What is the Holy Spirit leading you to next? Learn about the Christian practices (fasting, sabbath, generosity etc.), get involved at the church, find your identity and calling. Book a meeting with your mentor, a pastor, or trusted Christ follower to unpack What’s Next.
Year Three | You Are Sent
Become a Voting Member
Membership is more than a formality—it’s a shared commitment to walk together in faith, serve one another in love, and participate in the mission God has given us as a church family.
Lead a Small Group
Go on the journey to become a disciple maker - fulfilling the great commission of Jesus to multiple, baptize, and share His transforming love with others.
