Logistics & Policies
At CCC we aim to create a safe and trust worthy environment for everyone involved in the student ministries. This includes both the vulnerable persons (children, youth and vulnerable adults) in our care as well as the ministry leaders and volunteers who serve vulnerable persons within our churches.
To achieve this all student ministry programs must follow our Protection Policy
The forms and tools below will make it as easy as possible for you!

Forms, Documents & Tools
Student Attendance/Sign-In
All student programs MUST take attendance, which is to be kept on record. This includes all volunteers present
The best way to do this, is using our Planning Center Check-Ins
If you aren’t able to use Check-Ins, use a physical sign-in and make sure it gets uploaded to the system later

Make sure that one of the staff have setup a Check-In event for your programs. For Sunday programs just add a class to the Sunday event. For programs on other days, create a new recurring event

If a church device is not available, leaders can setup the Check-In App on their phones. The first time a staff member will need to authorize your device, and after that you simply open it as the program begins!

This is a free library of resources, trainings and apps, which has been compiled by Life.Church (church led by Craig Groeschel). It has a whole section specifically for youth with tons of great material
The BibleProject
BibleProject’s Bible resources help people experience the Bible in a way that is approachable, engaging, and transformative. The illustrations in these videos are an amazing tool for bringing the concepts of scripture to life for our students.
Download Youth Ministry
Download Youth Ministry (DYM) is a site built by Youth Pastors for Youth Pastors and Leaders. There are occasional free resources, but most are between $2-$10. If you find a game, lesson or small group item that you think would be helpful, email me the link! I have many screen based games from them already that I can make available to you as well!
Right Now Media
Is a streaming library of more than 20,000 Bible study videos for leaders to share with their people. There is something for everyone including youth studies on a variety of topics.
